Speak to all of Switzerland and sell internationally. Our shop system, combined with the CMS, offers maximum flexibility. For optimal communication with your customers, we support email templates in different languages.

In order to speak to the entire Swiss population and to be able to operate internationally your online shop must be multilingual. French, Italian and English are required. Simple web shop solutions such as Shopify do not support here. Mostly these providers are from the United States and do not know the needs of Swiss companies or simply ignore these.

Maybe you would like to start first with an online shop in German and add more languages later? You'll need a system which allows the flexibly expansion with additional languages.

Our system supports multiple languages. You can enter each product in different languages in the shop administration. Descriptions, title, link alias, meta-description, image descriptions, even the file names of images can be saved in multiple languages. This is also a measure which can support

the search engine optimization.

Online shop for several countries and domains

If you have an online shop with a focus on the Swiss market, then it is advisable to customize the URL of the web shop to the language, such as ihrshop.ch/de, ihrshop.ch/fr, ihrshop.ch/en. We can automatically detect from which country a user comes from and show the content of the web site in their language.

If you want to run the English version of the Web shop on a .com domain, we can individually configure this for you.

Mail templates in different languages

To enable optimum communication with your customers, we offer e-mail templates in different languages. Send confirmation, reminder emails or emails for follow-up will be automatically sent in the language of the customer of our shop system. We can define what emails are sent when. The customer will automatically receive a payment reminder email after 7 days if "Prepayment" was chosen as the payment method and he has still made no bank transfer.

The Web page around the shop can also be multilingual. You can create as much content for each language as you want.
